Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is great for breakfast or a quick pick-me-up snack!


Recipe

Serves 2 x 500ml glasses


Ingredients:

2 cups of plant-based milk

2 medium bananas or frozen bananas

6-7 strawberries

2 tbsp of gluten-free rolled oats


Instruction:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until well-combined.

  2. Serve and enjoy this nutritious drink!
