What it includes:

  • Accommodation. Spend 5 days, 4 nights in the forest in cozy bell tents (twin bed; shared with a roommate) with the facilities of a boutique hotel, underneath the stars.

  • Daily Meditation & Yoga (breathwork, kriyas, Hatha Vinyasa, freedom movement) Practice

  • Adventures in Nature (Hiking, Swimming in a Natural Pool, etc.)

  • Daily Breakfast Vegetarian Picnic Basket

  • Nutritious vegetarian meals (lunch & dinner) by Mike Davies from Umami Plant-Based (professionally plant-based trained chef & ex-apprentice at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant in London). We can cater to your dietary requirements - please mention your special dietary requirement when you sign-up in the registration form.

  • The Art of Self-Discovery Workshops, where you will learn practical tools to support you on your personal development journey. 

  • Meditation Course: learn an easy & useful technique for you to bring home and practice daily.

Getting There:

If you need us to organize a pick-up for you from the center of Barcelona or the Airport, please email hello@wellnesswithakku.com. If you are taking your own car, you will receive the complete address once you have signed up. The retreat is located in Naves, Lleida, Spain. The nearest town is Solsona. You can also take the bus or train to Solsona and we can arrange a pick-up for you, if needed.
Note that the cost of transport is NOT included in the price.
